byron, big stack daddy After being released for the 3rd time from State
Prison in Dec. "07, Vincent ran into one of his ol'
partners 'n crime. There on a park bench they spent
weeee hours drinking wine and talking 'bout the good
ol' haze.

In the process of lighting up a crumpled cigarette
butt, a spark from the match had caught wind and
attached itself to Vincent's friends' clothing where
it started to spread. Quickly, and without hesitation,
Vincent patted the flames out, and in the process he
noticed that the patting was in some sort of rhythmic
pattern.

It was a defining moment.

Vincent heard a voice from within say; "Learn to
play the drummmms." Vincent told his friend what the voice had said, and then commented very sadly; "...but I don't have a drum set to play on. " The friend quickly replied, and Vincent never forgot this; "Pull a Robin Hood." "I know exactly what that means." Vincent said, so
off he went to steal his first drum set from a local
music store. But before he went he shook his friend's
hand and thanked him. He said; "Thank you Father John,
and God bless."

Three months later Vincent joined Big Stack Daddy.
